INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking spray
  • Purpose flour – 2 ⅔ cups or more as required
  • White sugar – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1tsp
  • Vanilla extract -1tsp
  • Pinches salt – 2
  • Eggs – 3
  • Milk – ¾ cup
  • Vegetable oil – ¾ cup
  • Unsalted butter – ½ cup (softened to temperature )

  • Buttermilk – 1 ¼ cup( temperature preferred (300ml))

INSTRUCTIONS

  • First Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Grease a 9-inch cake tin with cooking spray and line with baking paper.
  • Mix flour, sugar, leaven , vanilla , and salt mix together during a bowl and then add eggs, milk, and oil .
